The Three Amigos

We really had lots of fun today with Hannah. The boys really had a great time hanging out with her between Ragazzi's, the park, Dairy Queen, and the fountains at SCC. Even though I haven't seen her in several years, it seems like yesterday she was a tiny baby coming home from the hospital. She is just as beautiful now than she was then. I love you Hannah!!

Day 5

Today is the last day of VBS 2008. We have had a blast this week. Between the kids, crafts, food, and fellowship, I wish we could do it all over again. I cant wait until next year!! :)

We took the kids into the building outside to show them that they have to have Jesus in their hearts to shine, just like a flashlight needs batteries to shine!

Vacation Bible School

Day One

Everyone that attends gets their name on a leaf on the tree. This was the tree before the service started. It was very pretty before, and quite beautiful afterwards with all the leaves on it. I will post another picture soon .

This is our tent outside that is for the 8 & up group. It is such a large group we had to expand outdoor! Isn't it great!! It is great how the Lord brings people together for such an enjoyable and purposeful time!

Prayer Request

David is going out to sea for a month with the Navy. They are getting prepared for a 6-8 month deployment in August. Please pray for a safe month long trip. They will be leaving Tuesday morning. Please also pray for eased minds as they prepare for their longer deployment in August.

We took off to the beach Saturday for a mini summer break. We haven't made it to the beach yet this summer, so we decided that one day would be good enough for now. Here are a few pictures from the day.
